Staci: So we decided to go with Red Cedar Real Estate based on the revues. My husband and I just moved out here for his graduate school so we didn’t know anybody to go to for advice or anything. So we went on Yelp and the first person there was Peter and he had all his reviews for five stars. So we gave him a call. And once we met him in person, we knew that we were going to use him as our real estate agent to help us find a house.
Kyle: Exactly. We had, like she said, we had no idea. And we didn’t want to be fooled or mislead or pushed into anything. And so one of the first things he told us was that he doesn’t require us to sign the form that we’re only going to be able to work exclusively with him. And that was like a big relief hearing that because we didn’t want to get trapped. And his mentality of not wanting to trap us to working with him if we didn’t like him was a huge relief. It just made everything much more comfortable, much more friendly. And his mentality of explaining everything to us as opposed to expecting us to know anything and looking it up on our own was also very beneficial and very appreciated.
