Well, my experience Red Cedar Real Estate has been wonderful. I was working with Peter Boscas who was recommended through friend who had a wonderful experience buying and selling their home. Peter has worked with us now for six months, almost seven, and I have spoken with him almost every other day. We have been going to see every house and any house that I was interested in, and he suggested, and it didn't matter where it was, how long he had to drive but he always would be willing to come out there as soon as possible.
The other wonderful thing is he was always great when I texted him or I called or sent email. Very, very quickly I got responses and when I thought I was asking questions that were a little silly, he never made me feel that way and he always was very clear in explaining things to me. An patience, that was the other thing, I didn't feel that he was being pushy, he was really just trying to meet my needs. I have very specific requirements and trying to find this house to match my life in the coming months and he worked really hard with me to try meeting those goals with me. So I have had a wonderful experience and I plan on using Peter and his company again to help sell my other home and I will recommend him to friends in the future too.
