Working with Peter was absolutely just perfect for us. We sold our first house with Peter about five years ago and we loved the experience. So as soon as we wanted to sell our house again we knew who to call, and immediately we called Peter and it was like seeing an old friend again. And I think that’s what I liked most out of this situation – It was just like having a friend through the situation, allowing me to ask silly questions or just clarifying questions and getting those answers right away. Him being so accessible was awesome.
You know we sold our house in less than a day, actually twelve hours. We had it on the market. We had about eight groups come through and by 3:00 that afternoon my house was sold for more money than what we were asking. It was just unbelievable. You can’t ask for anything better than that.
Peter was really, really patient for us, trying to find us our next perfect home because we were very, very picky. He was very reasonable and flexible and is just a great person who gave great advice all the time. So we highly, highly recommend Peter and we’ll definitely use him next time around.
