My wife and I first found out about Peter online when we did a search for real estate agents to use when we decided to finally buy a home. Peter had just perfect ratings online we went to his website and actually saw many of these video testimonials which convinced us that he was the right answer for us. In our experience over the course of the whole process, that has totally panned out correctly and he is everything that we had wanted.
We found that Peter was very responsive to e-mails, texts and phone calls. He made the buying experience for us, as first time homebuyers, to be very easy. He was able to consider all of our questions and was just very, very helpful. I know that we had several different changes in what we were looking for in terms of size, location, and amenities with the house and everything else. He was very patient with us and with family members that we had around. He also recognized the urgency of our time frame. My wife just recently gave birth so we were looking for a home to raise our daughter in and Peter was there with us along the way. He was very excited to see pictures of our daughter.
I'm glad to say that we have the home that we can raise our daughter in and it had very much to do with Peter and his no pressure philosophy, which was very refreshing. We never felt like he was pushing us for a house. We never felt like he was trying to sell us on one thing or another. He would walk around with us and all the houses that we looked at to make sure that all of our questions were answered and all of our concerns were addressed. He was never forceful and I would absolutely work with him again. But he's done such a good job in finding us our home I don't think we'll be moving anytime soon.
