Welcome To The Home Of Red Cedar Real Estate

We created this website to give home buyers and sellers in Maryland and Washington, DC an advantage. Take some time to look around the site and gather information about the home buying and selling processes, learn about various types of financing and grants and get an inside look at how real estate agents work.

The site is free to use and there is no obligation to take advantage of the information and free home search. However, if you ever have any questions at all about real estate in Maryland and Washington, DC, you can always give us a call or send us an e-mail.

When I began Red Cedar Real Estate, my goal was to start a small brokerage that focused on customer service and the needs of its clients. I had seen the big name, national brokerage business models and they seemed to focus more on hiring as many agents as possible without making sure their staff was thoroughly trained and adept at helping their clients.

Rather than worry about having as many agents as possible, my main objective is to focus on each client individually to make sure they are satisfied with every step of the home buying or selling process. I believe I’ve gained a reputation for caring for my clients and doing everything possible to make their transaction as smooth and enjoyable as possible. But don’t take my word for it, you can read their thoughts in our testimonials section.
