As a third generation real estate professional, Travis got his start as a real estate appraiser within the family business, helping him to develop a good knowledge of property value for residential and commercial property in Maryland and Virginia.  Travis later went into commercial real estate where he specialized in representing various organizations meet their commercial real estate space acquisition/disposition needs through strategic planning, property identification and contract negotiation that addressed both the client’s short-term needs as well as long-term vision.
