Giving Back In A Big Way

Giving Back in a Big Way!

This year we decided to give back to our community in a big way. Some of our proceeds from EVERY SINGLE transaction will be donated to one of the organizations below, and YOU get to choose which one! Below you will find 5 organizations we partner with and support!

Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter (BARCS) BARCS is a non-profit organization operating Maryland’s largest animal shelter and pet adoption center. They are an open admission shelter, granting refuge to every abandoned, neglected, abused, lost or surrendered animal that comes through their door. A staggering 30 or more animals are surrendered to BARCS every day. No matter what the circumstance, they do not turn away any animal in need of shelter, food, medical care and a loving touch, which is why they are always needing our support and donations!

Simple Sacrifice Simple Sacrifice is a Baltimore based non-profit focusing on helping the homeless and hungry by delivering lunches to them every Sunday. They work towards a future free of hunger and homelessness and full of love by providing simple opportunities for people to give back and interact with those that experience hunger and homelessness. Their values include love, courage, passion, and joy. Donations would go towards providing food and supplies for the homeless and hungry in Baltimore!

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Baltimore Metropolitan NAMI Metropolitan Baltimore improves the lives of individuals living with a mental health condition, their families, and communities through education, support, and advocacy. They are an affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization. NAMI Metropolitan Baltimore provides services and programs throughout Baltimore City and Baltimore County, reaching more than 6,500 individuals each year. Donations help expand the reach and program options for those struggling with mental illness.

United Service Organization (USO) The USO is changing lives by building hope and resiliency among our service members and their families. For more than 76 years, they have stood by our troops during every step of their service – they can help them where other organizations can’t. They provide care packages, Operation Phone Home so service members can connect with their loved ones, assistance transitioning from military service and settling into their new civilian communities, and so much more. Services are also provided to wounded service members and families of the fallen. They rely on supporters like us to fund the programs that make the biggest difference for our troops.

Therapeutic Mentoring Program Their goal is to match public involvement (volunteerism and in-kind donation) with Family Services’ strategic initiatives to advance program outcomes and foster a trauma-informed community. They incorporate motivated community volunteers into their programs, forming partnerships that enhance services to clients on an ongoing basis or through special events. The Therapeutic Mentoring Program offers structured, one-on-one, strength-based relationships for emotionally challenged youth, ages 9 to 17. Donations will only support them further!
