Nikki: Working with Peter was definitely an awesome experience. He really helped us through every step of the home-buying process. We are first time home buyers and so everything was pretty new for us. He helped us with searching for homes, as well as taking us to different places. The more homes we saw, the more we kind of got a feel for what we wanted. And because he has a background in construction, he helped us as far as looking for things in the home that we know we couldn’t fix or afford to fix or could cause problems in the future, and that was very helpful to us.
Ash: It was great working with Peter. It was a long road for us but he made everything easier. I would always recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new home, a second home. He’s a great guy.
Nikki: One of the main things that I really appreciate was that he never pressured us into anything. His main goal was to make sure that we were satisfied, that we were happy. And so if ever an instance came up, where we just didn’t feel sure, he never pressured us into making a decision that was going to be to our detriment. So I really, really appreciated that. We just feel happy that we found the right home for us.
