Be Essential Blends creates and sells organic local products for health and well-being in Ellicott City, Maryland. After overcoming a battle against cancer, Stacey and Nick Ventura began to take note of the healing power of essential oils, and became strong advocates of using primarily organic products for skin care. Stacey, a licensed reflexologist, began to blend small batches of bath and body products for her family as well as her reflexology clients. She soon found such a strong demand for her products that the Ventura family decided to expand their production and form a business. And, it is truly a family business. Even the Ventura children help with product prep, and can often be found in the store with their parents.
All of the bath and body products at Be Essential are home-made from scratch by the family, and the other products that they sell are handmade and locally sourced. From one-of-a-kind jewelry to stone talismans to inspirational gifts, Be Essential is passionate about providing their neighbors with products that are carefully crafted to instill self-care and well-being.
